Programmatic Partner Manager

Dailymotion is looking for an experienced Programmatic Partnerships Manager to join the Dailymotion Exchange team (DMX).
Dailymotion has launched its private video ad exchange 2 years ago, Dailymotion Exchange & is now looking for an advertising expert to manage partnerships with its main demand partners and to manage DMX inventory.
Working closely with our engineers, sales representatives and our trade marketing team, you will implement the strategies that will make DMX a go-to exchange for all programmatic activities.

- Business development: Identifying, evaluating and partnering with new buying platforms (DSPs, ad network, etc.), and global buyers (agency trading desks / advertisers), being responsible of the business & legal relationship (with DM legal team) and of the technical integration (with DM ads engineer team)

- Account Management: for your portfolio of partners, developing our strategy & managing our day to day relationship to ensure our revenue growth, including:
o Monitoring & analysing our day-to-day activities to identify opportunities / challenges though DM big data internal tools.
o Understanding partner’s needs, developing custom commercial & technical offers when needed
o Developing marketing materials with our marketing team dedicated to our partners

- Input for DMX Product team: in contact with both DMX sales / marketing team and DMX partners, the programmatic partnership manager is in charge of providing DMX Product Management team with key feedbacks to enhance constantly DMX products & advertising on dailymotion properties.

- Drafting and enabling Dailymotion ad serving & monetisation Display advertising strategy on desktop & mobile (development of programmatic display native ads & new yielding techniques)- Enabling DMX Sales team: With a great knowledge of DMX structure & buying platforms technical and business requirements, the programmatic partnership manager is in charge of helping DMX sales team adapting its commercial efforts to our partner standards & advertisers needs

Compétences/expérience requises

- Experience in large online publishers / adtech company involving Sales and/or Account Management (with client & tech partners)
- Ad Tech background: knowledge of both technical aspects (display and video ad serving, common standards, VAST, VPAID, basic Javascript) & business aspects (knowledge of ad tech ecosystem, yielding technologies, etc.)
- A team player with excellent analytical and social skills
o Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on time management and organization.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
