We’re a team of growth specialists that sit within the centralised user product team. Working across the whole product, we’re responsible for optimising the user product experience through data & experimentation aswell as creating a closeness with our users to increase retention. We’re looking for an intern to help us better understand user satisfaction and help us integrate qualitative data & findings into our overall data set.
You will have the opportunity to work with a small and collaborative team, having the possibility to actively contribute to our user research strategy, implement initial studies and see the impact of your work on the product.
We’re looking for someone who would be interested in working on the following projects: - Identifying a solution/tool that will enable us to run web & app-based customer satisfaction surveys. - Identifying in-app opportunities to gather user feedback whilst respecting user experience. - Running onsite / in-app surveys to gather qualitative data with a view to understanding customer satisfaction, product-market fit and user frustrations - Working across multiple teams to help gather and centralise customer feedback from all channels (Help Desk, App Store Ratings, Social Media) - Documenting and sharing findings within the whole user product tribe
You will be working closely with the product team, design team and customer support team to help tell a cohesive story about our users.
- Studying for a degree in human sciences, marketing, market research, or related fieldStrong interest for web / app based entertainment products - Strong communication skills, a positive attitude - Self awareness and a desire to improve your skills - A natural curiosity about how things work - An eagerness to jump in and help fix things - Accuracy and attention to detailExcellent organisational skillsBi-lingual French / English, and any other language is a big plus
