As part of its growing activities, Dailymotion is looking to enforce its programmatic and monetization product by building its own video ad stack to deliver new monetization solution for its own ecosystem around online, mobile and TV, and provide innovative marketing solutions for advertisers.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to drive and scale data visualization, reporting and analytics for our platform. You will use your deep understanding and knowledge of data analytics within the online advertising industry to inform requirements gathering, definition, and delivery of innovative industry leading products and features. This Product Manager will help us lead the vision, roadmap and agile execution for an advanced programmatic platform for publishers across devices (desktop, mobile) and formats (display, video, native). - Shape vision, strategy and the product roadmap, in support of our mission in relation to data visualization, reporting and analytics - Drive execution through all stages of product lifecycle from concept to delivery - Evangelize your products with company leaders and global stakeholders - Collaborate with the global engineering team to innovate, prioritize, and bring to market products supporting the ad platform technology stack - Turn strategy into reality by documenting product requirements - Define, debate, iterate and communicate your product roadmap with engineering, marketing and the executive leadership team - Lead scrum team (PM, UX, Design, Engineering) - Work with UI/UX Research user behavior to develop the next big idea - Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design
- 5+ years in-depth knowledge Product Management experience specifically in data visualization, analytics and business intelligence. - Demonstrated success in building and launching products - Experience with programmatic advertising and online advertising industry space is desirable - Proven ability to execute on visual and interaction details. - Experience using/working with/creating user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications. - Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, and user research - Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas - Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others - Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) - Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, in a math or engineering discipline (e.g. Computer Science.)
