As an Editorial producer and community manager for Dailymotion, you’ll become part of the new marketing strategy for 2017. Your work will help increasing the value of Dailymotion brand equity-awareness. You will also be in charge of shaping Dailymotion tone of voice and producing strong piece of editorial content sharable on social platforms.
The role reports to the marketing manager and will collaborate with the content team to create compelling content.
The successful candidate will have experience working at a professional news organization, excellent communication skills, and be obsessed not only with shaping a formidably efficient editorial process, but also figuring out how to make ideas spread like wildfire on the social web.
- In charge of the Dailymotion facebook and twitter account. Creating and pushing content on a daily base that will spread all around social media. - Insure that the community management has the purpose of amplifying dailymotion content (reach and videos views). - Ensure the FR editorial operation runs like clockwork focusing on workflow, organisational structure, strategy and running change projects - In capacity of building video content for facebook / Instagram - Answers comments and interact with the audience - Daily optimization around dailymotion brand equity and tone of voice - Always-on benchmark around best practices in the social media landscape
You : • Have at least 1-2 years of experience writing for a national publication or large-scale website • Are autonomous and higly creative • Are rigorous and organised • Are able to summarize a huge article or a video in 1 tweet • Have impeccable writing and spelling skills • Are capable of building and maintaining a true and unique brand-tone of voice • Have a huge appetite for pop culture content and media • Know how to use Adobe Première and Photoshop • Know perfectly the social • Have a deep understanding of social media plaforms : what makes them unique, and why stories must be shaped differently for each • Are a excellent community manager
