APAC Sales Executive

We are looking for an APAC Sales Executive to join Dailymotion Sales Team in Singapore. 

Job description

- Negotiate and sign new partners, on both direct (media agencies & sales houses) and indirect (programmatic sales) sides in our key APAC markets
- Manage, evaluate and arbitrate among the existing partnerships for efficiency and ROI
- Strategically identify new opportunities for revenue growth, using marketplace insight and feedback from demand partners
- Monitor and optimize on a daily basis the sales activity in the zone: STR, CPM, and overall revenues
- Oversee inventory management; forecasting, pricing, and yield optimization to maximize revenue across all channels (mobile, display, video)
- Contribute to origination and development of larger strategic partnerships (content + sales)

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years in programmatic or advertising; video and content focus greatly preferred
- Experience with yield management / ad product management is a plus
- Self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in a ‘startup’ environment
- Strong knowledge of web/digital media and marketing
- Strong sales capacity and relationship (client services) building techniques
- Solid oral and written communication skill
- Ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures
- Must have a strong ability to present and effectively engage in detailed conversations with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics and current industry trends (for mobile, display and video) is required
- Excellent analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big-picture issues
